Very good condition, located in Port Jefferson Harbor, mechanic maintained.
Garmin GPS is one year old with 7" color touch screen.
New main and jib halyards, roller furling, solar panel to trickle charge batteries.
The only things that are not working are: The Autopilot- This never worked since we purchased the boat 4 years ago.
If you activate it, the rudder centers but you cannot adjust or maintain a heading.
The water valve to the toilet (never worked).
I just have a 5 gallon container of water that I use for flushing.
